THE PLANNING PROCESS
Planning is one of the most essential parts in building your new home. Our first responsibility is to YOU. We listen to your ideas, answer your questions, review your plans, visit the building site, and make suggestions that you may consider implementing into your home. If there is miscommunication of your ideas via your plans, you will have time to make corrections before building begins, saving you time, money and giving you peace of mind.
If you need to put pencil to paper and have your ideas drawn, we have the names of experienced architects and draftsmen who can assist you with your design.
Financing is a critical area that may delay the start date of your new home. It controls our ability to stabilize pricing quoted in our proposal. The materials market can be unstable at times, causing pricing to be protected for a limited time. Pre-approved financing is beneficial for you. However, if you need financial assistance, we may be able to help with the process through our highly skilled associates.
TEAMWORK AND CONSTRUCTION
Our team of contractors, vendors, and show room designers are one of our most value assets and are an integral part of what we build and how we are perceived. We do not cut corners. We build beautiful custom homes with you in mind.
